Calico Coleslaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. shredded cabbage
1/2 c. diced onions
1 c. nonfat mayonnaise
1/4 c. bacon bits
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. shredded carrots
1 c. frozen peas, thawed
1 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation

In a large bowl, combine cabbage, carrots, onions, peas, bacon bits and Parmesan cheese.
In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, salt, pepper and sugar.
Pour over cabbage mixture.
Mix well. Chill for several hours before serving.
