Ham And Cheese Biscuit Sticks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. Bisquick baking mix
    2/3 c. milk
    1/2 c. finely chopped, cooked, smoked ham
    1/2 c. shredded Swiss or Cheddar cheese (2 oz.)
    2 tsp. margarine or butter, melted
Preparation
    Preheat oven.
    Mix baking mix, milk, ham and cheese until soft dough forms; beat vigorously.
    Turn onto surface well floured and knead.
    Pat or roll dough into rectangle (10 x 6-inch).
    Cut crosswise into ten 1-inch strips.
    Place about 1 inch apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
    Brush strips with margarine.
    Bake until light brown, 8 to 10 minutes.
    Makes 10 biscuit sticks.
