Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. sliced potatoes
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. vinegar
1/2 c. sliced onion
1/2 c. sliced celery
1/4 c. sliced sweet pickle
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. celery salt
3/4 c. mayonnaise
2 hard-boiled eggs
Preparation

Sprinkle cooked and sliced potatoes with sugar and vinegar and add onions, celery, pickle, salt, celery salt and mayonnaise. Toss until blended. Carefully blend in eggs and chill.
