Instant Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. water
    1 c. milk
    6.5 oz. instant potato flakes
    1 (8 oz.) softened cream cheese
    3 tsp. onions, chopped
    2 oz. pimento, drained and diced
    1 tsp. fresh or frozen chives, chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Heat water and milk in heavy saucepan to boiling.
    Remove from heat.
    Add potato flakes, cream cheese and remaining ingredients. Stir until blended.
    Cover and keep warm.
