Buttermilk Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. self-rising flour
    1/2 c. shortening
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. buttermilk (warm)
Preparation
    In large mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder and shortening.
    Mix by hand; add buttermilk slowly as you knead dough.
    Flour board and roll out dough.
    Cut out biscuits and put on greased sheet; bake at 350\u00b0 for about 15 minutes or until brown.
