Muffin Mix - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 c. all-purpose flour
2/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. baking powder
1 Tbsp. salt
1 c. vegetable shortening
Preparation

Combine dry ingredients.
Mix well.
Cut shortening into dry ingredients with pastry blender until evenly mixed.
Store in large airtight container in refrigerator for 10 to 12 weeks.
