Corn Corn Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. self-rising corn meal
    1 (8 oz.) can cream-style corn
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    1/4 c. sugar
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients.
    Mix well.
    Spoon into well-greased muffin tin.
    Bake 15 minutes at 425\u00b0.
    Yields 12 muffins.
