Scallops Sauteed In Garlic Butter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. bay scallops
    1/4 c. margarine
    1 small clove garlic, split
    salt and pepper to taste
    tartar sauce
    lemon wedges
Preparation
    In saucepan, heat margarine and garlic slowly.
    Discard garlic.
    Add scallops and cook 5 minutes.
    Season with salt and pepper and serve with tartar sauce and lemon wedges.
    Serves 4.
