Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can kraut
    2 green peppers, diced
    1 onion or more to taste, chopped
    1 small can pimento, diced
    1 c. diced celery
    1/3 c. salad oil
    1/2 c. vinegar
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Drain sauerkraut.
    Put in a medium size bowl.
    Add other dry ingredients and mix well.
    Combine oil, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper.
    Pour over dry ingredients.
    Mix well.
    Chill for several hours.
