Torte "Bird'S Milk" - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    125 grams unsalted margarine (4.41 oz.)
    1 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 Tbsp. cognac
    1 c. flour
Preparation
    Mix margarine and sugar in a mixer until well blended.
    Add 1 egg at a time, beating well after each addition.
    Add the last 4 ingredients to the mixture and beat well.
    Divide the mixture into 3 equal parts in 3 (9-inch) greased and floured pans or spring-form pans.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 until golden brown, about 20 to 30 minutes depending on oven.
