Baked Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 potatoes
    1 onion
    1 pt. mayonnaise
    1 lb. bacon
    1/3 c. Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Boil potatoes and put in 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Add chopped onion. Crumble on fried bacon.
    Add diced cheese.
    Add mayonnaise.
    Stir. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
