Guacamole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 avocados, pitted
    1 small onion, minced
    1 1/2 tsp. vinegar
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 can green chilies, diced
    diced tomato
Preparation
    Combine avocados, onion, vinegar, salt, pepper and green chilies.
    Beat until smooth on medium mixer speed.
    Add finely chopped tomato and fold into mixture.
    Serve with corn chips.
