Pineapple Chess Pie With Pecans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. egg substitute
    3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1/3 c. plus 4 tsp. thawed frozen pineapple juice concentrate
    1/4 c. granulated sugar
    1/4 c. dark corn syrup
    1 Tbsp. margarine, melted
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
    1/8 tsp. salt
    3 1/2 oz. pecan halves
    1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and place in pie shell.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes or until golden brown.
