Potato Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cakes yeast
    1 1/2 c. lukewarm water
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    2/3 c. shortening
    2/3 c. sugar
    1 c. diced potatoes
    2 eggs
    7 1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in water and let stand for 20 minutes.
    Cream shortening and sugar, mix in potatoes, add eggs.
    Add flour alternately with yeast liquid.
    Let rise once, then refrigerate overnight.
    Make out 2 hours before baking.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes.
