Creole Jambalaya - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 green peppers, chopped
    1/2 lb. ham, cut into small pieces
    1 clove garlic
    2 onions, chopped
    1/2 lb. sliced, cooked spicy sausage
    1 c. cooked chicken, julienned
    1 1/2 qt. water
    1 1/2 c. rice
    2 tsp. salt
    2 c. beef stock
    2 Tbsp. butter
    4 tomatoes, chopped
    2 c. cooked shrimp
Preparation
    Wash rice carefully and place in large saucepan with water and salt.
    Cover and cook over low heat for 5 minutes after boiling point is reached.
    Drain and rinse with cold water twice.
