Sweet Potato Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    4 Tbsp. shortening
    1 c. cooked mashed potatoes
    1/2 to 3/4 c. can milk
Preparation
    Combine flour, baking powder, salt and sugar. Cut in shortening and add potatoes. Add enough milk to make dough stiff enough to roll. Cut with floured glass and place on greased baking sheet. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes. Yields 12 biscuits.
