Canadian Cheese Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 qt. water
1/4 lb. butter
12 oz. Cheez Whiz
1 pt. half and half
8 chicken bouillon cubes
1 onion, diced well
2 carrots, shredded
3 Tbsp. flour (3 to 5 Tbsp.)
1 tsp. liquid smoke or to taste
salt and pepper
Preparation

Saute carrots and onions in butter until tender. Add flour to make roux paste. Bring water to boil and add bouillon cubes. When dissolved, add roux to water. Whisk to smoothness. Add Cheez Whiz. When melted, add half and half and liquid smoke. Season to taste.
