Provencale Pizzas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 French baguette
    4 tsp. olive oil
    1 medium yellow onion, sliced
    1/2 tsp. dried rosemary
    1/2 tsp. dried thyme
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 (14 1/2 oz.) can tomatoes, drained and chopped
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    2 tomatoes, sliced
    8 pitted black olives, chopped
    4 anchovies, drained and chopped (optional)
    2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cut bread lengthwise; then cut crosswise 4 times, making 8 pieces.
    Toast under broiler for about 1 or 2 minutes, until golden.
    Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
