German Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 large eggs
1 c. salad oil
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour *
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. soda
1/4 tsp. salt
4 c. diced apples
1 c. nuts
Preparation

In a large bowl, beat eggs until foamy.
Add oil, sugar and vanilla to the well beaten eggs.
Mix well.
Sift together flour, cinnamon, soda and salt.
Add flour mixture in small amounts to egg mixture.
Beat well by hand after each addition.
When all the flour mixture has been added, mix in the apples and nuts.
Mix well.
