Easy Chocolate Chip Torte - cooking recipe
Ingredients

30 chocolate chip cookies
2 c. whipping cream
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 to 3 nectarines or peaches, thinly sliced
2 Tbsp. red currant jelly, melted
Preparation

In the bottom of a 9 x 3-inch spring-form pan, place 10 to 12 cookies in one layer.
Crumble 3 to 5 cookies to fill in the spaces, using a total of 15 cookies.
