Pinto Bean Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can pinto beans
1 c. coconut
1 c. broken pecans
4 eggs
1 Tbsp. vanilla
2 sticks butter, melted
Preparation

Pour beans in a bowl and mash in juice.
Add all other ingredients.
Mix well.
Pour into pie crust.
Bake 45 minutes to 1 hour at 300\u00b0.
