Apple Crunch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. shortening
    1 c. flour
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 egg
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. baking soda
    2 c. pared apples
Preparation
    Mix together and bake at 350\u00b0.
    Serve with caramel sauce or Cool Whip.
