Chocolate Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    1/2 c. cocoa
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    1 tsp. soda
    2 c. grated zucchini
Preparation
    Beat eggs until lemon colored.
    Beat in sugar and oil.
    Add cocoa, vanilla and zucchini.
    Sift flour, salt, cinnamon
    and soda.
    Add to mixture.
    Stir in pecans.
    Mix well.
    Makes 2 small loaves.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Cool in pans 15 to 20 minutes. Turn out on rack to cool.
