Pepper Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    steak, cut in strips or cubes
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 1/2 c. beef broth
    green pepper, cut in strips
    1 Tbsp. paprika
    garlic powder
    diced onion
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/4 c. each water and soy sauce
Preparation
    Brown meat in butter or margarine.
    Add garlic powder and broth.
    Cover and simmer 30 minutes.
    Add onions and peppers. Cook 5 more minutes.
    Blend cornstarch, water and soy sauce. Cook, stirring, until thickened.
    (May be served over rice.)
