Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. butter
    1 large evaporated milk
    4 c. chocolate chips
    3 Tbsp. vanilla
    2 c. English walnuts (optional)
Preparation
    Heat sugar and milk to a rolling boil. Stir constantly and boil 6 minutes. Remove from heat and add rest of ingredients. Stir until butter and chips are melted and blended.
    Pour in 13 x 9 pan. Refrigerate until firm. Cut into 1-inch squares.
