Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. plain flour
    2 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
    4 eggs
    3 c. grated carrots
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Blend oil and sugar well.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beating well.
    Mix dry ingredients and add to sugar, oil and egg mixture. Add carrots and nuts last.
    Bake in greased, floured tube cake pan 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
