Ingredients

1/2 c. margarine
2 c. granulated sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. coconut
Preparation

Melt margarine and add sugar, eggs and vanilla.
Combine flour, baking powder and salt and add to mixture.
Add coconut. Spread into greased (or sprayed with Pam) 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes or until it just begins to turn golden.
