Caramel Pecans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg white
    1 c. brown sugar
    2 c. pecan halves
Preparation
    Beat
    egg
    white
    stiff.
    Fold in brown sugar.\tStir in pecan halves.
    Take each pecan half and place on cookie sheet. Bake at 250\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
