Tangy Barbecue Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. sesame oil
4 to 6 green onions, finely chopped
1 (1-inch) piece ginger root, peeled and minced
1/2 c. sugar
2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
Preparation

Combine soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, onions and ginger in a saucepan.
Bring to a boil to dissolve sugar and stir to blend flavors. Cool and pour over chicken.
Let stand at room temperature for 2 hours or refrigerate for 4 hours.
Bring chicken back to room temperature.
Place on grill and grill each side for 10 minutes.
Brown remaining sauce on chicken while on grill.
