Cajun Shrimp And Linguine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. shrimp pieces
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. basil
    1 tsp. thyme
    1 c. onions
    1 c. green pepper
    1 c. mushrooms
    1 Tbsp. chopped garlic
    1 c. cooking wine
    16 oz. tomato sauce
    4 Tbsp. Romano cheese
    2 c. cream
    1 lb. box linguine
Preparation
    Saute 1 pound of shrimp pieces in virgin olive oil.
    Add oregano, basil and thyme.
    In separate pan, fry in olive oil finely chopped onions, green pepper, mushrooms and garlic.
    Add cooking wine, tomato sauce and Romano cheese.
    Bring to a boil and add 2 cups of cream.
    Then add cooked shrimp to mixture.
    Cook linguine; cool with water while straining.
    Then add ingredients. Add creole seasoning to taste.
