Broccoli Stuffed Tomatoes - cooking recipe

6 medium tomatoes
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. Quaker oats (quick or old fashioned, uncooked)
1/3 c. low-fat cottage cheese
1/4 tsp. basil
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1 1/2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Slice 1/4-inch from stem end of each tomato.
Scoop out pulp and seeds; reserve for another use or discard.
Place in 1-quart glass baking dish.
Cook broccoli with onion according to package directions; drain.
Stir in remaining ingredients except Parmesan cheese; mix well.
Fill tomatoes with broccoli mixture; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until heated through.
