Zucchini Squash Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. salad oil
    2 c. sugar
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    2 c. peeled, grated raw zucchini
    3 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    1/2 c. raisins
Preparation
    Cream together eggs, oil and sugar.
    Sift together dry ingredients.
    Stir all together with zucchini.
    Add vanilla, nuts and raisins.
    Pour into 3 ungreased Teflon-coated loaf pans.
    Bake 1 hour at 325\u00b0 oven.
