Beef Stroganoff(Serves 4) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. flour
    1 lb. round steak, cubed
    2 Tbsp. fat
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 garlic clove, minced
    1 (4 to 6 oz.) can mushrooms
    1 can tomato soup
    1/2 can water
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire
    6 drops Tabasco sauce
    1/4 tsp. salt and pepper
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Dip meat in flour.
    In heavy skillet, brown meat in hot fat. Add onion, garlic and mushrooms (include liquid).
    Combine all other ingredients except sour cream and pour over meat mixture. Cover and simmer for about 1 hour.
    Stir occasionally.
    Add a little water if too much liquid evaporates.
    Stir in sour cream. Heat but do not boil.
    Serve over rice or noodles.
