Biscuit Tortoni(Dessert) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pt. heavy cream
    1 c. confectioners sugar
    2 tsp. instant Espresso or regular instant coffee
    4 Tbsp. rum or brandy
    2 egg whites
    2 Tbsp. chopped almonds
    cherries
Preparation
    Whip cream and sugar until stiff.
    In separate bowl, dissolve coffee in rum.
    Gently fold into whipped cream mixture.
    Beat egg whites until stiff.
    Fold into cream mixture.
    Spoon into fluted cupcake holder until filled (or use parfait glasses).
    Sprinkle top with nuts and place a cherry on top.
    Cover with Saran Wrap and then foil and place in freezer until frozen.
    (May be kept up to 4 weeks in freezer.)
    Remove from freezer just before serving.
    Can also be made in cake pan with ladyfingers all around outside.
