Heavenly Hot Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2/3 c. warm water
2 pkg. yeast
2 c. biscuit mix
1 c. milk
1 egg
Preparation

Measure into bowl 2/3 cup warm water and sprinkle in 2 packages yeast, stirring until dissolved.
Add biscuit mix, milk and egg.
Beat with rotary beater until smooth.
Bake pancakes on hot griddle, lightly greased.
Turn only once when bubbles appear and edges become dry.
Serve with butter and syrup.
Makes about 12 (4-inch) pancakes.
