Caramel Pecan Cheesecake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
20 caramels
2 Tbsp. milk
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 graham cracker crust (8 or 9-inch)
Preparation

Mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla with electric mixer.
Add eggs until blended.
