Ingredients

1/2 lb. broccoli flowerets
2 c. thinly sliced carrots
1 lemon, thinly sliced
1/4 c. butter, melted
1/4 c. oil
2 c. fresh mushrooms, sliced
3 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation

In a pan on top of stove, saute broccoli in oil until tender-crisp.
Remove from pan.
Stir in carrots; saute until tender-crisp.
Stir in mushrooms; saute lightly.
Return broccoli to skillet.
Stir in lemon.
Combine butter and sugar; add to vegetables.
Stir until vegetables are well glazed.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
