Tater Tot Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. lean ground beef
1 onion, diced
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can green beans, drained
1 small can mushrooms
spices to taste
1 pkg. Tater Tots
1 to 2 c. shredded cheese (any kind)
Preparation

Brown ground beef and onion; drain.
In a large casserole dish, mix beef mixture with soups, beans, mushrooms and spices. Spread evenly in dish.
Top with layer of Tater Tots.
Top Tater Tots evenly with shredded cheese.
Cover.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Remove cover and bake another 15 minutes or until browned.
