Lemon Squares - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1/2 c. confectioners sugar
1 c. melted butter
4 eggs, slightly beaten
2 c. granulated sugar
4 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
6 Tbsp. lemon juice
lemon zest (a tsp. or so)
Preparation

Bake 20 minutes at 350\u00b0. If using Pyrex, 325\u00b0. When baked, sprinkle with confectioners sugar. Loosen from sides of pan with sharp knife. Cool 20 minutes. Then cut into squares. Freezes well. Can be served from freezer.
