Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. oil
2 c. grated carrots
1 small can crushed pineapple
1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Sift dry ingredients (with exception of sugar).
Mix oil, sugar and eggs.
Beat after each addition.
Add dry ingredients to this mixture.
Mix well.
Add carrots, nuts and pineapple.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
Makes 3 (9-inch) layers.
