Green Chili Cheese Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 to 1 3/4 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, cut in strips
1 1/2 pt. sour cream
2 cans chopped/diced green chiles
1 c. grated Longhorn cheese
3 c. cooked Minute rice
1 tsp. garlic powder, onion powder and salt
Preparation

Prepare rice as directed; mix sour cream, chiles and rice and seasonings together in bowl.
Mix it well.
