Ingredients

1 pt. (2 c.) strong coffee
1 envelope plain gelatin
1/2 c. sugar (or less)
plain or chocolate Cool Whip
Preparation

In medium size bowl, soak gelatin in 1/4 cup cold coffee.
Heat remaining to just boiling.
Dissolve sugar in hot coffee.
Stir well.
Add to gelatin and stir again.
Refrigerate until set. Serve topped with plain or chocolate Cool Whip.
