Nutritious Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 c. flour
    2 c. brown sugar
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. margarine
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 eggs
    2 c. quick cooking oats
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
    1/2 c. nuts
Preparation
    In a large bowl, combine 1 1/4 cups flour and the next 6 ingredients.
    Beat at medium speed until blended, then by hand, stir in 1 cup flour, oatmeal, nuts and chocolate chips.
    Drop by teaspoon, 2 inches apart, on ungreased cookie sheet.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
    Cool; remove from cookie sheet.
    Makes 6 to 7 dozen.
