Venetian Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. bulk Italian sausage
    large mushrooms
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Rinse mushrooms in cool water and remove stems.
    Place buttons with centers up on a cookie sheet.
    Stuff centers with sausage. Sprinkle on cheese to your preference.
    Place in a preheated oven at 250\u00b0 to 275\u00b0 and cook until the sausage is done.
