Ambrosia Mold - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple (undrained)
    1 (11 oz.) can Mandarin orange segments, drained
    2 c. boiling water
    1 3/4 c. thawed Cool Whip
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. Jell-O (orange flavored)
    1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
    1/2 c. coconut
Preparation
    Drain pineapple, reserving juice.
    Add cold water to make 1 cup.
    Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water.
    Stir in measured liquid. Refrigerate until slightly thickened.
    Stir in Cool Whip. Refrigerate until Jell-O mounds.
    Stir in pineapple, oranges, marshmallows and coconut.
    Place in 6-cup mold.
    Let set.
