Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can sauerkraut, drained
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/2 c. bell pepper, chopped
    1/2 c. celery, chopped
    1 small jar pimento
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. oil
Preparation
    Boil
    sugar and vinegar for 1 minute.
    Pour oil over the vegetables, then pour sugar and vinegar mixture.
    Mix well; put in refrigerator overnight.
    Keeps a long time.
