Kona Banana Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. shortening
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
3/4 c. mashed banana
1 1/4 c. sifted all-purpose flour
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Cream shortening and sugar until fluffy.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Stir in banana.
Sift dry ingredients together.
Add to banana mixture and mix well.
Pour into greased 9x9x2 inch pan.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 35 minutes. Serve with good coffee to good friends.
