Spanish Beefburger - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    few drops Tabasco sauce
    1 1/2 tsp. onion salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    6 medium size tomatoes
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. finely chopped green pepper
    salt and pepper
    1 c. thinly sliced onion rings
    2 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine
    1 c. catsup
Preparation
    Combine beef, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, Tabasco sauce, onion, salt and pepper.
    Shape into one large patty.
    Place on broiler pan; broil 3 inches from source of heat for 8 to 10 minutes.
    Cut tomatoes in half; scoop 1 tablespoon pulp out of each half.
    Mix pulp with cheese and green pepper.
    Sprinkle each half with salt and pepper.
    Stuff tomatoes lightly with cheese mixture.
    Turn meat and place tomatoes on rack.
    Broil 5 minutes. Cook onion rings in butter until brown.
    Pour catsup over meat. Place onions on meat; continue broiling for 5 minutes.
