Marzetti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. hamburg and 1/2 lb. sausage (can be pork and veal)
    2 small onions
    2 green peppers
    1 stalk celery
    1 pt. tomatoes
    6 oz. noodles
Preparation
    Brown meat and add onions, green peppers and celery (cut fine). Add tomatoes and mushrooms.
    Cook noodles.
    Mix all together in casserole.
    Cover top with grated \"nippy\" cheese.
    Bake 1 hour. Remove lid last 15 minutes.
