Spinach Lasagna - cooking recipe

16 oz. bag frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
1 (16 oz.) box lasagna noodles, cooked firm
8 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 1/2 bottles spaghetti sauce (use low fat variety)
12 oz. Ricotta cheese (part skim)
Preparation

Combine drained spinach with the Ricotta cheese. Layer ingredients in 9 x 12-inch pan in the following order: Spinach and Ricotta mixture, spaghetti sauce, noodles and Mozzarella cheese. Repeat until ingredients are used up, ending top 2 layers with sauce and Mozzarella cheese. Makes 12 servings. Each serving contains 261 calories and 6.9 g fat.
